(NRS 232.320, 608.250) Any worker with a disability employed at a piece rate must be paid his full earnings. An employer may pool the earnings of two or more workers with a disability if a piece rate cannot be established for each worker. In such a case, the employer shall, to the extent practicable, objectively divide the earnings among the workers according to the productivity level of each worker.
