Nevada Revised Statutes, Chapter 125B — OBLIGATION OF SUPPORT

A court of this State shall apply the guidelines established by the Administrator of the Division of Social Services of the Department of Human Services pursuant to NRS 425.620 to:
1. Determine the required support in any case involving the support of children; or
2. Change the amount of the required support of children.
