Except as otherwise provided in NRS 125C.008 to 125C.0087, inclusive, the proceedings, pleadings and practice must conform to the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure as nearly as conveniently as possible, but all preliminary and final orders may be in such form as best effects the object of this chapter and produces substantial justice.
