NRS 425.295 — “Debt” defined. [Effective through June 30, 2026.]

“Debt” means the amount of money owed as support for a dependent child pursuant to:

1.  An order of a court of competent jurisdiction of this or any other state; or

2.  A recommendation entered by the master pursuant to NRS 425.382 to 425.3852, inclusive, and approved by the district court.

425.295 “Debt” defined. [Effective July 1, 2026.] “Debt” means the amount of money owed as support for a dependent child pursuant to:

2.  A recommendation entered by the judicial officer pursuant to NRS 425.382 to 425.3852, inclusive, and approved by the district court.
