A district court that enters an order pursuant to NRS 425.382 to 425.3852, inclusive, or an order approving a recommendation for the support of a dependent child made by a master shall ensure that the social security numbers of the parents or legal guardians of the child are provided to the enforcing authority.

425.3855 Social security numbers of parents or legal guardians to be provided to enforcing authority. [Effective July 1, 2026.] A district court that enters an order pursuant to NRS 425.382 to 425.3852, inclusive, or an order approving a recommendation for the support of a dependent child made by a judicial officer shall ensure that the social security numbers of the parents or legal guardians of the child are provided to the enforcing authority.
