Which judicial district serves Lincoln County
Under NRS 3.010, Nevada is divided into 11 judicial districts, and Lincoln County belongs to the Seventh Judicial District. The same district also covers Eureka County and White Pine County . For how the districts fit together statewide, see our map of Nevada's judicial districts.
The size of the district's bench is set by statute as well: the Seventh Judicial District has two district judges under NRS 3.017 . Under NRS 3.100, district courts hold court at the county seat of each of their counties — for Lincoln County, court is held at the county seat, Pioche ; the same judges also hold court in Eureka for Eureka County and in Ely for White Pine County matters .

The county maintains two separate township justice courts — Meadow Valley in Pioche and Pahranagat Valley in Alamo — and publishes a dedicated page for each on the county website, linked above.
District court
The district court is Nevada's main trial court — the level that handles felonies, family matters, probate, and larger civil cases. The Seventh Judicial District Court serves Lincoln County, whose county seat is Pioche.
Justice courts
Justice courts are township-level courts that handle smaller civil claims, small claims, evictions, and misdemeanors. Lincoln County has two township justice courts: Meadow Valley Justice Court (Pioche) and Pahranagat Valley Justice Court (Alamo).
