(NRS 232.320, 608.250) The Division or the Administrator may conduct an investigation, which may include a hearing, before taking any action pursuant to NAC 608.200 to 608.370, inclusive. To the extent deemed appropriate, the Division or the Administrator may provide an opportunity to other interested persons to present data and views.
